Job Description:

Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager Accreditation Operations, the Regional Operations Manager, Accreditation, will be a key member of the FIFA26 Accreditation team, and work in a very diverse Accreditation department and in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Accreditation department responsible for delivering the FWC26 Accreditation operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Represent FIFA’s Accreditation interests in the assigned regional cluster to oversee two or more host cities venue accreditation sites within that assigned region
  • Work as part of a dedicated team of Accreditation Operations Managers, Venue Accreditation Operations Managers and Site Accreditation staff, managing the appropriate ACR venue staff within the assigned regional cluster
  • Assist with the development and implementation of accreditation policies and procedures
  • Help plan and assure delivery of fully equipped Accreditation Centres
  • Assist in the development of requirements, tender, select and manage suppliers for Accreditation consumables
  • Coordinate with and support the Access Management Department with regards to accreditation access control
  • Manage the accreditation consumable stock management for all accreditation facilities within assigned cluster of venues
  • Travel within cluster to applicable venues as needed
  • During the tournament event window, position will require candidate to reside in an agreed-upon venue and be available to travel between venues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience in accreditation operations
  • Single-sport, multi-venue event experience
  • Experience in leading a multi-cultural team as well as communicating within a multi-cultural organization
  • Experience in working across different time zones
  • Experience in and being comfortable with working in multi-lingual environments
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Miro and other planning software and online collaboration tools

  • Football (soccer) accreditation knowledge
  • FIFA accreditation knowledge
  • Spanish proficiency
  • Proficient in 3D modeling applications
  • Experience with Accreditation Systems
