Accounts Specialist

• Run reports out of ADP for 401(k) and Spending Accounts
• Load files to Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts
• Resolve errors in Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts
• Code general ledger entries for 401(k) funding and HSA funding
• Properly document reconciliations and issue resolutions, as well as the funding process for audits of 401(k) funding and Spending Accounts
• Answer emails regarding 401(k) or Spending Account questions
• Run reports from ADP to load for nonqualified plan
• Submit invoices related to various retirement and spending accounts for payment and g/l postings

• Must have 5 years of experience with 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-Lookup
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be task-oriented and able to consistently meet deadlines
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Modules
• Must have knowledge and administration of 401(k) plans and day-to-day activities, including loading and funding of contributions
• Must have experience working with Fidelity

CEBS certification would be beneficial
