Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Cardiff who are looking to recruit an ambitious Accounts Senior. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a portfolio of clients, preparing accounts, and mentoring junior staff. This firm offers a positive and collaborative environment, encouraging career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Preparation of statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients
Managing and developing client relationships
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Assisting with audits where required
Liaising with HMRC and other third parties on client matters
Reviewing work prepared by junior staff

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of accounting standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively
