Job Description:

As an Accounts Semi-Senior, you will work as part of our Accounts Team, to ensure the smooth running of the compliance work for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Being the first port of call for all accounts questions from clients
  • Reviewing clients' numbers in Xero and preparing Xero for our Outsourcing Team
  • Reviewing the statutory Accounts and Tax Computations
  • Working with the wider Wow team and the client, to ensure their accounts are filed way before the deadline
  • Helping clients have meaningful information at their fingertips

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, who loves working as part of a team
  • At least 2 years working in a similar role, within an accountancy practice
  • Studying towards your ACCA
  • Excellent client service skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Experience of dealing with small business owners
  • Great organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise a changing workload
  • A passion and desire to make a difference
  • Xero knowledge
