Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Accounts receivable technician with 3-5 years of experience who could assist with billing, cash applications, reconciliations, collections and more! The ideal candidate would have experience with Sage, Salesforce or Acumatica, experience working with multiple currencies US/CAD/EURO and client portals, and have strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle
Manage client invoicing / billing
Apply payments to proper accounts ( wire transfers / credit cards / paypall and more)
Collections calls and emails
Manage AR through client portals

Requirements:

3-5 + years of experience in a relevant role
Proficiency in Sage 300, Salesforce, or Acumatica
Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication skills in English, with a functional french
Must have a positive attitude and be passionate about accounts receivables!
