Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Send invoices to customers
Keep track of payments, match them with invoices
Solve payment issues and keep accurate records
Attend to customer inquiries about their accounts
Enter transactions into the accounts system
Check and correct account transactions for accuracy
Create reports on accounts
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate records

Requirements:

DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
1-3 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
Excel

Nice to have:

Bilingual
Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems
