Job Responsibility:

  • Send invoices to customers
  • Keep track of payments, match them with invoices
  • Solve payment issues and keep accurate records
  • Attend to customer inquiries about their accounts
  • Enter transactions into the accounts system
  • Check and correct account transactions for accuracy
  • Create reports on accounts
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate records

Requirements:

  • DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
  • Bilingual (an Asset)
  • Excel
