Working as Full-time Accounts Receivable Support, you will enjoy the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced work environment focused on reducing Fastenal's overall receivables. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
Job Responsibility:
Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and fax regarding their open balance with us and assisting in resolving the open items
Documenting conversations with customers
Working as a team to reduce days out and to improve Fastenal's overall accounts receivable portfolio
Updating customer billing information
Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Work independently as well as in a team environment
