Accounts Receivable Supervisor

• Responsible for maximizing company profits through oversight of customer deductions and invoices
• Implements internal process improvements and ensures customer/supplier action plans are created when needed
• Establishes short- and long-term department initiatives and metrics to support the strategic vision
• Manages workload prioritization to ensure department initiatives and metrics are met
• Accountable for the management and development of department talent
• Develops and maintains work schedules of supervised staff and coverage plans for time off
• Leads continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent Dot Foods experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead in a team environment
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
