Job Description:

About the Company: Our client is a private real estate development and management firm with $10 billion in AUM. The firm develops commercial, residential, and retail spaces throughout the country.

Job Responsibility:

Perform month-end reconciliation of security deposit bank accounts
Manage a high volume of security deposit refunds
Analyze and update tenant ledgers
Review rental agreements and interpret corresponding data on tenant ledger
Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions affecting month-end close
Oversight of collections activity on both residential and commercial tenants
Institute processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the AR team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
6-10 years of AR experience
Experience in commercial and residential real estate
Prior experience managing a team required
Experience with Yardi a plus

Nice to have:

Experience with Yardi a plus
