Job Responsibility:
Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
Collaborate with Project Managers to review and execute owner billings aligned with contract terms
Analyze large and detailed financial datasets to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Interpret and apply contract requirements to billing processes, ensuring compliance and precision
Develop and implement best practices for accounts receivable operations to streamline workflows
Partner with accounting leadership to address complex billing challenges and improve financial reporting
Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and internal reviews
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment on billing and financial processes
Monitor accounts receivable metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing operations, preferably in the construction industry
Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex billing processes and interpret contract requirements
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proven experience working cross-functionally and maintaining clear communication across teams
