Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Full Time Engagement Professional team. As a Full Time Engagement Professional you will be a full time employee of Robert Half earning a salary, comprehensive benefits, overtime and bonuses.   • Review of customer returns - daily
  • Cash Applications and/or Posting Cash
  • Vendor Contact – Invoice follow up, Commercial Collections

  • Aging Reports
  • Month End Close experience
  • Posting & Reconciling AR to the GL

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Month End close assistance, Reconciliations, Invoice processing experience with strong business acumen and technology expertise
  • Accounting software experience
  • Must be able to work Onsite and Virtually
  • Must thrive in multiple, diverse, and ever-changing environments, be flexible, work at the service of the client and be able to execute with little to no direction
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting accounts receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and the ability to learn new systems quickly in unfamiliar business settings
  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable functions such as cash application, billing, collections, and cash activity management
  • Ability to work effectively in both onsite and virtual environments while maintaining productivity and accuracy
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Clear, concise, and attentive communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, share information effectively, and build trust with client personnel
  • Demonstrated flexibility and the capacity to succeed in diverse, fast-changing assignments with minimal supervision
