Job Responsibility:

  • Channel your inner detective to process payments and wrangle account receivables with precision
  • Make invoice magic—generate and send out customer bills like clockwork
  • Keep our ledger gleaming by reconciling accounts, ensuring every cent is accounted for
  • Zap billing discrepancies before they turn into headaches—client happiness is our motto
  • Be the go-to hero for client questions, collaborating across departments using Microsoft Teams and other cool tools
  • Monitor overdue invoices, analyze aging reports, and work with our reps to keep cash flowing
  • Approve those all-important sales tax exemption certificates for eligible customers
  • Jump in on all sorts of accounting tasks—no two days are exactly alike

Requirements:

  • You know the ins and outs of accounts receivable, with hands-on experience in cash applications and commercial collections
  • You’re a whiz at billing and navigating cash activity
  • Communication is your superpower, both in writing and in person
  • Detail is your middle name. You stay organized while juggling multiple tasks
  • When problems pop up, you’re quick to solve them—and you love working together to find the best solutions
  • Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams? You use them in your sleep
  • You have an associate degree in accounting or a related field
  • You bring at least 2 years in a similar accounting role
