Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Full Time Engagement Professional team. Job Responsibility:

Invoices preparation
Review and approval of Cash
Preparation of Bank Deposits
Charge Backs and Credit Memos
Revenue Management
Review of customer returns - daily
Cash Applications and/or Posting Cash
Vendor Contact – Invoice follow up, Commercial Collections
Preparation of JE
Aging Reports
Month End Close experience
Posting & Reconciling AR to the GL
Ad Hoc reporting
Check Request Approval
Payroll Processing
Critical thinking and problem solving
Project management

Requirements:

2+ years of Month End close assistance, Reconciliations, Invoice processing experience with strong business acumen and technology expertise
Accounting software experience
Must be able to work Onsite and Virtually
Must thrive in multiple, diverse, and ever-changing environments, be flexible, work at the service of the client and be able to execute with little to no direction
At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end close support
Hands-on experience with accounting software and the ability to learn new systems efficiently
Working knowledge of cash applications, billing, cash activity review, and commercial collections processes
Ability to work effectively in both onsite and virtual settings depending on client needs
Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment for resolving discrepancies and prioritizing tasks independently
Clear and detail-oriented verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proven flexibility and success working in fast-changing environments with limited direction
