Job Description:

This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to work closely within the aerospace industry, contributing to the financial health and operations of the organization. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex financial data efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and research on outstanding debts, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of millions in receivables
  • Investigate and reconcile large amounts of unallocated credits, providing detailed reporting and recommendations
  • Manage commercial collections processes, engaging with clients to resolve payment issues and ensure timely account settlements
  • Process cash applications accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Oversee billing functions, ensuring invoices are issued correctly and payments are received promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of cash activity and transactions to support financial reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and streamline accounts receivable operations
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards in all accounts receivable activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including cash applications and collections
  • Strong background in finance, with expertise in commercial collections and billing functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for managing complex financial data
  • Proficiency in researching and reconciling large amounts of financial information
  • Effective communication skills, with English proficiency required
  • Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas, and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools to support accounts receivable operations
