Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Process customer payments and maintain accurate A/R records
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Generate invoices and ensure timely billing cycles
• Prepare and distribute aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
