Job Description:

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who excels in cash applications, account maintenance, and collections management. You’ll serve as a vital link between this organization and their customers, providing excellent service while managing sensitive and critical financial transactions. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and contribute to the success of a dynamic manufacturing business.

Job Responsibility:

Manage account aging reports and follow up with business partners to ensure timely payments and identifying any billing issues that could have occurred
Provide business partners with excellent support and communication regarding invoices, payments, returns, and credits
Process daily wire transfers, ACH payments, lockbox deposits, and credit card transactions with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
Establish, monitor, and maintain business partner accounts, including reviewing credit limits and financial histories to minimize risk exposure
Work closely with sales, billing, and other internal teams to address sales orders, account returns, and credit memos
Support both internal and external audits related to revenue reconciliation

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable or within the accounting department
A self-starter who is highly organized and capable of prioritizing a busy workload to meet deadlines
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills in a collaborative, team-focused setting
Previous customer service experience
Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus
ERP system experience is ideal
