Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Manage business-to-business collections to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow
• generate invoices on the 1st and 15th of each month, reviewing line items for accuracy and ensuring proper licensing details
• enter and validate billing periods in QuickBooks to maintain precise financial records
• post and reconcile payments in both QuickBooks and Halo billing software
• address and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable and collections
• assist in creating and updating invoices with accurate customer and transaction details
• learn and utilize company-specific software tools, including QuickBooks and Halo
• collaborate with the accounting team to support overall financial operations
• maintain organized and accurate records to support audits and reporting
• provide additional support to accounts payable processes if the role transitions to a continuing position

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles
• familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• willingness to learn new systems
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with pivot tables
• strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume invoicing
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• basic knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus
• ability to work on-site during standard business hours, Monday through Friday
