Job Description:

As a Full Time Engagement Professional, you will be placed on medium to long term engagements that will allow you to excel while gaining knowledge of new software’s, industries and opportunities. When you are in between assignments you will still receive a paycheck from us while working on and developing additional personal and professional skills. Job Responsibility:

Invoice preparation
Review and approval of Cash
Preparation of Bank Deposits
Charge Backs and Credit Memos
Revenue Management
Review of customer returns - daily
Cash Applications and/or Posting Cash
Vendor Contact – Invoice follow up, Commercial Collections
Preparation of JE
Aging Reports
Month End Close experience: Posting & Reconciling AR to the GL
Ad Hoc reporting
Check Request Approval
Payroll Processing
Critical thinking and problem solving
Project management

Requirements:

2+ years of Month End close assistance, Reconciliations, Invoice processing experience with strong business acumen and technology expertise
Accounting software experience
Must be able to work Onsite and Virtually
Must thrive in multiple, diverse, and ever-changing environments, be flexible, work at the service of the client and be able to execute with little to no direction
Minimum of 2 years of experience in month-end close processes, reconciliations, and invoice handling
Proficiency with accounting software and tools
Ability to work both onsite and virtually, adapting to various work environments
Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to manage diverse and changing circumstances
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and listen attentively
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes efficiently
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
Expertise in accounts receivable, cash applications, collections, billing, and cash activity

Nice to have:

Flexibility
Learning curves need to be short. Must catch on quickly
Communication – Must be efficient, concise, and accurate in both verbal and oral presentation. Also, must be an excellent listener
Must be able to build and develop a rapport with client personnel
