Job Description:

Randstad Canada is currently partnering up with some of Winnipeg’s best companies that are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialists to join their teams on a permanent basis. As an Accounts Receivable you will handle customer accounts, oversee payment collection, and maintain accurate financial records. Your role will be critical in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payments miscalculations
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and payment issues
Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements:

A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, related field
Previous experience in receivable, collections or a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, SAP)
Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with clients and resolving billing issues
Accuracy in preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining customer accounts
