Job Description:

This position focuses on intricate financial operations and data analysis, including account reconciliations and billing operations, while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and reporting tools to manage and analyze data effectively
Perform detailed account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
Address challenges in accounts receivable with innovative problem-solving methods and proactive identification of discrepancies
Leverage data analysis tools to identify trends and insights that optimize financial operations
Assist in testing processes within billing operations and related systems to maintain service quality and reliability
Oversee billing activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Follow security protocols to manage sensitive credit card information responsibly
Evaluate suspended accounts receivable analytics to determine the next steps for resolution
Support financial operations during critical periods, including end-of-month and beginning-of-month workloads.

Requirements:

Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in financial operations and reconciliations
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and data analytics principles
Experience managing billing operations and testing system functionality for user reliability
Effective problem-solving and communication skills to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows
Strong attention to detail while handling sensitive credit card information securely
Availability to work overtime during peak financial reporting periods.
