Job Description

This role involves managing premium collections, handling payroll deductions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. This is a Contract position offering the opportunity to grow within the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Process and reconcile insurance premium payments and payroll deductions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle credit card transactions and secure transfers while maintaining compliance with company procedures
  • Update vendor portals and maintain detailed records to track payments and premium statuses
  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries, providing support for payment issues and account updates
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly to clients unfamiliar with technical terminology
  • Manage sales agent commissions and review travel expense submissions for accuracy
  • Ensure timely processing of commission payments and maintain compliance with company policies
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and reconcile accounts effectively
  • Maintain organized documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, financial administration, or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software and vendor portals
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing high-volume tasks efficiently
  • Adaptive to new systems and processes, demonstrating technical proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working with union or blue-collar professionals is preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance claims or financial processing is a plus
