Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Process and apply cash payments accurately across multiple company locations using accounting software
• Generate and distribute invoices efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to clients
• Manage credit memos and resolve discrepancies with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Utilize Epicor software, Salesforce CRM, and Excel for daily operations and reporting
• Collaborate with the accounting manager and team to meet deadlines and maintain smooth workflows
• Handle billing functions and maintain detailed records of cash activity
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve accounts receivable processes
• Maintain a positive and focused attitude while addressing challenges and solving problems

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles
• Proficiency in Epicor software, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting functions and billing processes
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• additional education in accounting is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash activities and posting with accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and efficient approach
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse team members
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a structured environment
