Job Description:

About the Company: Our client is a food manufacturer that creates nutritious, kid-friendly meals designed to meet nutrition standards. It focuses on delivering products that balance great taste with strict dietary guidelines, supporting breakfast, lunch, and meal programs nationwide.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare, verify, and record customer payments
Generate and send customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders
Review accounts weekly to assess aging and collect funds
Handle customer collections, inquiries, and account reconciliations
Maintain and update customer master files
Meet monthly close deadlines
Assist with other accounting needs as requested

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of AR experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
