Job Description:

The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 17 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Working with the 1С: Accounting
Invoicing
Verification of issued invoices
Reconciliation of payments
Processing payment orders
Advising colleagues on invoicing and payment details
Completing accounting-related tasks
Participating in invoice automation processes

Requirements:

Experience in accounting / accounts receivable specialist role for at least 1 year
Ability to work with large volumes of data
Capability to work independently and in a fast-changing environment
High level of attentiveness and attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
English language: Pre-Intermediate level or higher
