Job Responsibility

  • Manage and track accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting
  • File claims and resolve disputes using retail customer portals, including Target-Partners Online, Walmart-Retail Link, Whole Foods-Workday, and Kroger-Partner Pass
  • Maintain precise documentation and records of billing and cash activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve financial workflows
  • Utilize accounting software systems to process invoices and monitor payment statuses
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports detailing receivables
