A well-established manufacturing and distribution company in San Marcos is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support invoicing, customer account management, and cash application. This role works closely with sales and operations teams and is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and distribute customer invoices
Apply customer payments and manage unapplied cash
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain AR aging and follow up on past-due balances
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams
Support month-end close and reporting
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
2–4 years of AR or accounting experience
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
Strong Excel and data-entry skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
