Job Description:

An opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist in Markham, Ontario, working with a company in the Manufacturing industry on a 6-month contract with potential to extend. Tasks involve invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and supporting audit requests. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Job Responsibility:

Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Conduct collection calls and send follow-up communications
Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions
Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing
Support audit requests related to AR.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of full cycle AR experience
Experience with major ERP systems is an asset
Experience from a similar industry is a strong asset
Excellent communication skills.
