Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Review account activity across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Download, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership based on collections and billing activities
• Manage and organize extensive documentation related to invoices, payments, and collections
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables and lookup formulas, to support data analysis and reporting needs
• Conduct proactive follow-ups on outstanding payments to streamline collections processes
• Navigate multiple screens and accounting platforms efficiently to access and update account information
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows
• Maintain meticulous records of cash applications and billing transactions
• Assist in the use of accounting systems, including preferred tools like Service Titan and Sage Intacct, for accurate data management

• Proven experience in accounts receivable operations, including billing and collections
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Ability to work with multiple accounting systems, with experience in Service Titan and Sage Intacct being a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of documentation and account activity
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and following up on collections
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with commercial collections and cash applications processes
