Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will manage incoming payments, issue invoices, and ensure timely collections. Your role includes reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential for coordinating with clients and internal teams to optimize cash flow and maintain financial accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and verify revenue and inventory invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and process incoming payments
  • Maintain accurate records of revenue and inventory transactions
  • Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels
  • Follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably with multinational companies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English
