Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will manage the full revenue and inventory cycle, ensuring accurate billing, reconciliations, and strong controls across all entities. You will lead the AR team, standardize processes across countries, handle month‑end close and audit requests, and support new products, services, and returns processes. This role also plays a key part in the ERP implementation (O2C & Inventory), shaping and validating future AR and inventory workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support the AR team, ensuring effective daily operations across revenue, returns, and inventory
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end AR cycle, including billing, collections, and customer account management
  • Ensure strong inventory controls, accurate stock reconciliations, and organize regular stock counts across all locations
  • Ensure accurate revenue reconciliations and strong inventory‑related controls
  • Manage month‑end close tasks, provisions, and reporting
  • Handle internal and external audit requests
  • Standardize and improve AR and inventory processes across countries
  • Own AR/Inventory participation in group projects for new services, products, and campaigns
  • Act as a key AR representative in the ERP implementation: requirements, testing, and validation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable within a multinational company with sales of goods, services, and returns
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, revenue reconciliation, return handling, and inventory controls
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a strong advantage)
  • Ability to drive process improvements and standardize workflows across countries
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and a problem‑solving attitude
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
