Job Description

A well established construction company in Columbus is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead its billing and accounts receivable function. This role is well suited for a proven AR leader who is comfortable owning a billing operation end to end, managing a small team, and working closely with finance leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and oversee all billing and accounts receivable operations
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 2+ direct reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across the services department
  • Collaborate with operations, project management, and finance leadership
  • Prepare and present AR and billing metrics to senior leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements as the business grows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Billing or Accounts Receivable
  • Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Background in construction or services billing strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who works well cross functionally
