Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Manager in the Infusion Accounts Receivable department, you will lead A/R teams, drive cash collections, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, performance target development, and operational oversight while supporting employee decision-making. This position contributes to the mission of CVS Health to transform healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of A/R teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all Patient Financial Services (PFS) activities
drive cash collections and mitigate bad debt
lead employee meetings and manage budget preparation, strategic planning, and expense control
assist with meetings with key payers to discuss reimbursement issues
review accounts receivable transactions for accuracy and submit adjustment requests
maintain productivity and quality standards of all PFS functions
maintain compliance with government reimbursement programs
comply with regulatory compliance areas, policies, and procedures
develop plans to meet monthly performance targets

Requirements:

5+ years of related Revenue Cycle experience within patient financial services
3+ years of MS Office suite experience
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent years of related work experience

Nice to have:

3+ years of management/supervisory experience within healthcare reimbursement or third party insurance/billing
experience in home healthcare
certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
certified revenue cycle representative certification
