Accounts Receivable Manager

• Lead, mentor, and support a small AR team
• Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle with accuracy and timely execution
• Review and approve account reconciliations and clear GL accounts
• Monitor collections and ensure deadlines are met
• Prioritize tasks, track team performance, and supervise all customer accounts
• Perform month‑end analyses and support year‑end reconciliations
• Drive process improvements to optimize AR operations
• Assist with invoicing for priority or escalated accounts
• Perform and validate bank reconciliations as needed
• Communicate with English-speaking clients, partners and employees located outside Quebec on a daily basis

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a DEC in accounting
• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including team leadership
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision/Business Central (asset)
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with effective priority management
• Proactive, confident leadership and excellent communication skills
• Bilingual French/English, with frequent communication in both languages
