Job Description:

Our Client, a leading Canadian equipment sales company, Is on the lookout for their next Accounts Receivable Team Lead. This person will take part in a collaborative work environment, lead their team and do full-cycle accounts receivable.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the full-cycle of accounts receivable
Liaise and collaborate with sales team to accomplish collective goals
Assist with month-end activities and be responsible for all A/R reporting
Responsible for managing a team of 3 Accounts receivable administrators supporting their day-to-day activities
Develop KPI's and team expectations to drive the team to grow
Capable of managing a portfolio ranging from $100 balances to $1 million balances
Proficient in their ability to collect on accounts 120 day past due

Requirements:

3 years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience
2 years of experience with collections and account resolution
Managerial experience
ERP proficiency
