Accounts Receivable Lead

• Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process
• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle including invoicing, cash allocation, and collections
• Take ownership of the sales ledger ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation
• Proactively manage and reduce aged debt
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external customers
• Produce regular AR reports including debtor analysis and cash flow forecasting
• Support with month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce risk
• Assist with query resolution and ensure a high standard of customer service

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator
• Proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems would be beneficial
