Job Responsibility:
Supporting the processing of customer deductions from start to finish for your allocated regions
Assisting with the investigation and resolution of deductions, following agreed processes
Logging, tracking, and updating deduction and dispute information accurately
Liaising with internal teams to gather information and support resolution
Producing regular reports and summaries on deductions activity
Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet shared deadlines
Requirements:
A strong interest in starting a career in finance, accounting, or business operations
High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, or a willingness to learn quickly
Clear communication skills and a professional approach
