Job Responsibility:
Manage the receipt and application of customer payments
Generate and send invoices and follow up on outstanding accounts
Reconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepancies swiftly
Support monthly reporting and collection activities
Keep accurate records and assist with audit preparation
Work closely with clients and internal teams to address account questions and resolve issues
Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma required
college coursework or degree in accounting/business preferred
Experience in accounts receivable or general accounting appreciated
Competency with Excel and basic accounting systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Attention to accuracy and deadlines
