Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Process and reconcile payments, including checks, credit cards, and bank deposits
• Handle insurance claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documentation
• Post payments accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting, including basic formulas
• Collaborate with team members to optimize manual processes and implement improvements
• Manage remote deposit systems and scanning tools for streamlined operations
• Ensure accuracy and organization in all aspects of accounts receivable activities
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain financial integrity
• Provide support for audits and prepare reports as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas
• Familiarity with financial platforms
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple systems and adapt to process changes
• Eagerness to learn and enhance workflows for greater efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
