The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Accounts Receivable Clerks have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
Job Responsibility
Review group and catering contracts, establish understanding of billing arrangements and handle billing for group and social events
Answer guest and credit card inquiries concerning accounts including the documentation and preparation of adjustments, if necessary, in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain complete, accurate and organized records for all outstanding accounts as directed by the Credit Manager
Process weekly DMCR payments and ensure posting accuracy
Assist with member inquires, including activation & deactivation of member accounts and preparation of member statements
Participate in Month End reconciliations and tasks

Requirements
Strong customer service skills and good relationship building with internal departments
Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems (Opera & ResortSuite are a plus!)
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
