Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Record and post incoming payments accurately using Accounting Seed within Salesforce
• Manage commercial collections to ensure timely receipt of outstanding balances
• Perform cash application duties, including reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies
• Handle cash collection processes to support the organization's financial goals
• Assist with billing functions, ensuring invoices are accurate and delivered promptly
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline accounts receivable operations
• Receive training from staff accountants to ensure seamless integration into workflows
• Support the team during system transitions and migrations as needed
• Maintain organized and up-to-date payment records for auditing and reporting purposes
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding financial transactions

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles
• Proficiency in commercial collections and cash application processes
• Familiarity with billing functions and financial reconciliation
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Effective communication skills for client and team interactions
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment
