Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Process and post customer payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies to ensure all financial records are up-to-date
• Scan payments into the bank system and maintain organized records
• Communicate effectively with retailers, sales teams, warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service representatives to resolve outstanding balances
• Collaborate with the National Call Center to address and settle account issues
• Keep detailed notes of all account-related communications within the Sapphire system
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage and analyze financial data
• Support payment collection efforts and follow up on overdue accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive financial information

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong ability to resolve account discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with payment processing and account reconciliation
• Ability to work onsite in New Castle, Delaware
• High level of organization and attention to detail when managing financial data

Experience working in customer service or call center environments is preferred
