Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Prepare over 300 estimates weekly in QuickBooks based on purchase orders
• Verify pricing and ensure consistency between estimates and purchase orders
• Process and apply payments into the accounting system, including checks and other payment methods
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
• Assist with account reconciliations and contribute to monthly closing activities
• Coordinate with field and operations teams to ensure accurate estimate generation
• Add new jobs to QuickBooks using data from Bolt software
• Generate invoices for builders based on completed estimates

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and QuickBooks
• Exceptional attention to detail with proficiency in high-volume data entry
• Familiarity with construction industry pricing structures is preferred
• Strong ability to cross-reference purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Knowledge of cash applications, billing functions, and commercial collections
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
