Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including accurate invoicing, processing incoming payments and deposits, applying payments per customer instructions, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. Familiarity with SAP, MS Word, and Excel is helpful (training provided). This position works closely with customer service, A/P, and management in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment, and may also support audits and other finance initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including accurate invoicing, processing incoming payments and deposits, applying payments per customer instructions, and ensuring timely collections
Working closely with customer service, A/P, and management in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
Supporting audits and other finance initiatives.

Requirements:

At least one year of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role
Proficiency in accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, collections, and payment applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with Word and Excel, with training provided as needed
Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal departments
Capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work setting
Experience with commercial collections is preferred.
