Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Manage billing processes across multiple client portals with precision and efficiency
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate action
• Handle collections activities to ensure timely receipt of payments
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts receivable operations and improve workflows
• Train on billing procedures and systems to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions for auditing and reporting purposes
• Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Utilize software tools, such as Viewpoint Spectrum, to support billing and accounts receivable tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all processes
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive team environment

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, particularly in billing and collections
• Ability to work on-site in Dickinson, Texas
• Proficiency in managing aging reports and resolving overdue accounts
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to handle financial records
• Ability to adapt and learn new billing portals and procedures
• Commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all financial tasks

Familiarity with software tools, such as Viewpoint Spectrum, is a plus but not required
