Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a team in the manufacturing industry located in North York.

Job Responsibility:

Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly to ensure timely payments
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and take necessary actions
Conduct collection calls and send follow-up communications to recover overdue payments
Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile accounts to maintain up-to-date records
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes efficiently

Requirements:

Proven full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience
Familiarity with major ERP systems is an asset
Experience in a similar industry is considered a strong asset
Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is highly desirable

Nice to have:

Familiarity with major ERP systems
Experience in a similar industry
