Job Responsibility:
Generate and distribute customer invoices
Record incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts
Assist with month-end reporting and financial documentation
Communicate with customers regarding payment status and inquiries
Maintain organized records of billing and payment activities
Requirements:
1–3 years of accounts receivable or accounting support experience
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
