Randstad has partnered with a leading organization in the Manufacturing industry, looking for a self-starter Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team, located in North York! Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: North York Rate of Pay: $27-$30/hr based on previous experience Job Type: 6 month contract with potential to extend Do you have experience with accounts receivable processing and reconciliations? Job Responsibility:

  • Enter, post and reconcile batches
  • Research and resolve customer A/R issues
  • Prepare aging reports
  • Maintain cash receipts journal
  • Update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L
  • Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
  • Respond to requests for information from vendors and various other stakeholders
  • Work with clients to solve payment issues
  • set up payment plans as needed
  • Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with guidelines
  • Reconcile bank accounts, recording and balancing financial information in a variety of ledgers
  • Verify the correctness of documents and codes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Availability to start immediately
