Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Prepare and issue customer invoices with precision and attention to deadlines
• Consolidate and analyze data from various platforms, including QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel
• Manage labor hour reports using Excel workbooks and ensure the information is accurate
• Review customer purchase orders to confirm proper billing and compliance with requirements
• Collaborate with project managers to verify billing details and address discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities and assist with reconciliation processes
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while handling complex billing tasks
• Provide support during training sessions to ensure seamless integration into processes

• Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, workbook management, and reconciliations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite is highly preferred
• Previous experience in project or construction billing is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all billing activities
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure work environment
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, including collections and cash applications
• At least one year of experience in a related role
