Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Basic accounts receivable and inventory adjustments
• Accounting support
• Process sales orders in accounting system
• Prepare and distribute invoices to customers
• Participate in inventory record keeping activities
• Participate in period-end close activities as determined by Finance leadership
• Provide front line customer relations support
• Maintain/update customer files and correspondence
• Provide backup for outbound transportation coordinator
• Provide back up for accounts payable specialist
• All other duties as assigned

• Basic accounts receivable and inventory adjustments
• Accounting support
• Experience with ERP/manufacturing software implementations preferred, ERP/manufacturing software experience required
• Process sales orders in accounting system
• Prepare and distribute invoices to customers
• Participate in inventory record keeping activities
• Participate in period-end close activities as determined by Finance leadership
• Provide front line customer relations support
• Maintain/update customer files and correspondence
• Provide backup for outbound transportation coordinator
• Provide back up for accounts payable specialist
• Minimum of an associates degree in accounting
• Must have experience working in manufacturing
• Experience with computerized accounts receivable
• Demonstrated computer skills, including Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
